These terms of service ("Terms") apply to any access and/or usage of the ApkOnline applications (the "Service"). Please read them carefully before using the ApkOnline services.

We ApkOnline allow you to create hyperlinks to the ApkOnline Service. But, you are not allowed to use frames or utilize framing techniques to enclose any of our trademarks, logos or other proprietary information without our express written consent. ApkOnline will not accept any responsibility for any hiperlink created by a third party. When you leave the ApkOnlie webpage www.apkonline.net you must clearly know that these ApkOnline Terms no longer govern.

ApkOnline does not provide representations, warranties, or guarantees relating to the quality, truth, or completeness of any content when it is not owned by us..

In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") and other applicable law, we have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and, at our sole discretion, access to the service for users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. 

 

Governing Law

The validity of the ApkOnlione Terms are determined under and in accordance with the laws of the US California. 

 

Termination

If you breach any of these Terms, we ApkOnline have the right to block or disable your access.

 

Entire Agreement

These ApkOnline Terms are the entire agreement between you and ApkOnline with reference to the use of the ApkOnline Service. No other agreements can affect to these Services offered to you.
